Double Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

    unsweetened cocoa powder (Dutched or regular)

    egg
  • 1/2
    tsp
    salt
  • 1/2
    tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/2
    tsp
    baking soda
  • 1

    flour
  • 1/2
    cups
    white chocolate chips
  • 1/2
    cups
    semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions

Cream the butter, sugar, cocoa powder and egg.


Stir in the salt, then vanilla.


Mix in the flour and baking soda.


Fold in the chocolate chips.


Bake at 325�F for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven when the center looks moist for soft and chewy cookies.
