Blueberry Scones Recipe

Ingredients

    cups
    all-purpose flour
  • 3
    tbsp
    sugar
  • 3/4
    cups
    blueberries
  • 1
    egg, beaten
  • 5
    tbsp
    butter
  • 3/8
    cups
    milk
  • 1
    tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2
    tsp
    salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and add the blueberries. In a measuring cup or bowl mix the egg and 3/8 cup milk and add to the dry ingredients. Mix until dough is formed and roll out a circle about one inch thick. Using a pizza cutter, cut into triangles. Transfer to an oiled baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until just done.
