    brown gravy mix
  • 1 1/2
    cups
    water
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 1

    white wine vinegar

    brown sugar
  • 1/2
    tsp
    salt,table
  • 1/4
    tsp
    black pepper
  • 1
    tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1
    bay leaf
  • 1
    tsp
    ginger
  • 1
    cups
    cooked white rice
Instructions
Cut meat in one inch squares. Brown meat in fat. Add gravy mix, water and remaining ingredients. Simmer for two hours on stove. Serve over rice.
