Discovered a local Asian grocery store in the Athens, GA area. Oyster mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, hot peppers and sticky rice were not available at the chain grocery stores. The tofu stir fry with the oyster mushrooms and added American influence of blackberries was delicious and healthy. Leftovers froze and re-heated well.
