Corn starch Gummies

Experimenting with different gelling agents to find the texture of gummies that I prefer. This batch uses corn starch, with watermelon juice for flavor (and color). The flavor was good, but the texture was a bit too pasty. They set up well and hold their shape, but it's not quite the texture I'm seeking. The recipe is similar to the Turkish Delights technique.
