Experimenting with gelatin gummy recipes and ingredients to achieve the desired texture and flavor. Orange juice is a definite winning for flavor. The Raspberry Jello version tasted great, but didn't have enough gelatin to set up (even after freezing). The texture of the orange and more yellow batches were tasty and edible, they still weren't quite the preferred texture.
