Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

This cream cheese frosting tastes better than many of the mass produced cupcakes from the grocery store. In a moment of weakness, I used a box cake mix in the pantry. These cupcakes froze really well, thawing at room temperature for around an hour.
