Ingredients
  • 3
    lb
    boneless chicken breast
  • 1
    cups
    whole wheat flour
  • 1
    tbsp
    baking powder
  • 2
    tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1/4
    cups
    chicken broth
  • 1
    tbsp
    honey
Instructions
  1. Mix the sauce ingredients and set aside.
  2. Chop the chicken into 1 1/2" x 1/4" strips.
  3. Shake the flour, baking powder and chicken in a sealed container until chicken is coated.
  4. Fry the chicken in a skillet or wok until golden brown.
  5. Reduce heat and stir in the sauce.
